3. Permissible Purposes

Clients must certify that they have a legitimate business need and will use the information only for authorized purposes, including but not limited to credit decisions, employment screening, tenant screening, and other FCRA-compliant purposes.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Obtain proper consent from consumers when required
• Provide required disclosures to consumers
• Maintain appropriate safeguards for consumer information
• Use information only for stated permissible purposes

4.2 Account Security

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

5. Prohibited Uses

Clients may not use our services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or activity
• Harassment, stalking, or threatening behavior
• Identity theft or fraud
• Discrimination based on protected characteristics
• Any purpose not permitted under FCRA

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in separate service agreements. Clients agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with their use of our services. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

7. Data Accuracy and Disputes

While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all data. Clients should verify critical information independently. We maintain procedures for investigating and resolving disputes regarding the accuracy of information in accordance with FCRA requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seezoneactiv LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seezoneactiv LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for violations of these terms or applicable laws.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Seezoneactiv LLC is incorporated.
